A little about Dusty Road

Hi I’m Jodi

I live in Whangarei with my husband Isaac and our 3 children Izabel, Macy and Nina.

We run a small building business in our local area Whangarei Heads.

We have recently completed building our family home and this was where my Dusty Road journey started.

I have always loved beanbags and the feeling that a beanbag brings to a home.

The Dusty Road journey has been a family affair with all hands on deck from the cutting and preparation of the furrs to getting them ready for sewing, and I have loved every minute of it.

I am very passionate about our products, choosing materials thoughtfully to create a comfortable durable sustainable long lasting product, made from quality materials. 
The natural robustness of the fibres are quite unbelievable and I am proud of the beautiful products we have developed.

With all 5 of us scrambling to get to the beanbags first they have certainly been tested by my children’s jumping abilities, providing a place to snuggle up together and somewhere to relax and read a book.
